Frank "Judge" Dunlap was a championship and all-star Canadian Football League player. He spent 8 years playing professional football, including with the Ottawa Rough Riders and Toronto Argonauts.[1] He played with Ottawa during their 1951 Grey Cup winning season. He also played in the NHL for the Toronto Maple Leafs, scoring 1 assist in a 5 game stint with them.
Dunlap later settled in his hometown, Ottawa, Ontario, and practiced law with his firm Dunlap Dunlap & McInenly and was called to the bench as a judge. His brother Jake Dunlap was also a Canadian Football League player.
